Seeing the Light that we are

The video that follows is a discussion about perspective and what good it does to focus on creating our own lives with any sort of hope and positive attitude when "sh** happens", and it is horrific and cruel.  If you've been following this blog, you have seen a lot of sh** happen.  This is life.

It is not all of life.  We, the many lights, have gone on. We thrive, despite what has happened. This is due to our strength and determination and tenacity and will to live. We control the direction of our days.

In this clip, Abraham talks about focus, and there is really no resolution with the participant asking the question.  Their discussion illustrates the opinion of this blogger, that what we spend the bulk of our time on becomes the fact of our daily life. 

I am spending my days on hope and love and light, which are all components of my life as well.  This  abuse was just one dark part of my life.  It needs to be recognized as real before any action will be taken to stop it.  That is the purpose of this blog.
