MK-ULTRA

"Project MKULTRA, or MK-ULTRA, was the code name for a covert, illegal CIA human experimentation program, run by the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence. This official U.S. government program began in the early 1950s, continued at least through the late 1960s, and used U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects.

This is the description of the video below.  It is only about ten minutes, but as a survivor, I find it to be one of the most disturbing video's on this site so use your own discretion about viewing.  Some of the images are graphic and repeated.  At the same time the words used describe the MKULTRA program are better than most.  You perhaps want to only listen, it is very informative.
